When Enforceable approached us, they had a big ask: design an investor pitch deck that could make complex legal tech feel digestible—and raise $25 million while doing it.
The project was high-stakes. Enforceable isn’t your average NFT startup. They’re building something ambitious: a platform that brings legal trust, copyright validation, and intellectual property protection to NFTs using blockchain technology. Their goal? Become the Web3 version of the U.S. Copyright Office.
We were brought in as the PowerPoint presentation design agency to translate that vision into a pitch deck investors could get behind.
What They Needed (and Why It Mattered)
Enforceable had a bold idea. They created eNFT™, a trust badge layered into NFTs that confirms copyright ownership and rights. With NFT fraud, copycats, and licensing confusion running wild, this was a real problem worth solving.
The pitch had to:
- Show the massive growth of the NFT space
- Highlight the legal risks buyers and creators face
- Explain how Enforceable fills that gap
- Show off the tech in a simple, understandable way
- Lay out a business model that felt real and fundable
They weren’t just looking to pitch—they were looking to lead the category.
How We Tackled the Deck Design
Structure First, Style Second
We always start with story structure before adding design elements. In this case, the flow needed to take the reader from market excitement to pain points to solution clarity and finally to business upside. Here's how we shaped it:
- Market Validation
Early slides showed just how fast the NFT world is growing—$41B in 2021 and climbing. But that growth came with a warning: billions in fake, copied, or stolen NFTs. This set the tone for why Enforceable exists. - Problem Definition
The problem was outlined clearly: no current system validates copyright ownership of NFTs. Anyone could mint anything. Rights were a gray area. That confusion hurts creators and collectors. - The Solution (eNFT™)
I broke down how their blockchain-based trust badge works. We showed how creators upload files and legal docs to validate their ownership, and how buyers get peace of mind knowing what rights come with each NFT. - Product Features
The platform offers copyright diligence, automatic assignment paperwork, chain integration, and more. I used a clean layout and iconography to make each feature pop without turning it into a textbook. - Business Model
I helped visualize how the company makes money—through API integrations, subscriptions, marketplace partnerships, and creator royalties. Instead of long text blocks, we used bold callouts and quick-glance pricing tiers. - Go-to-Market and Monetization Strategy
We detailed creator outreach, collector incentives, and B2B integrations—all laid out in easy-to-follow charts. - Team and Competitive Edge
Enforceable has legal support from a team of 60+ in India, giving them pricing leverage. I showcased this advantage using a cost breakdown that clearly stood out on the slide. - The Ask
We closed with a strong funding ask and roadmap. It wasn’t vague or padded—it had numbers, a timeline, and projected ROI.
Design Elements That Helped the Story Land
Here’s where we leaned in as designers:
- Color Palette: We used purples and deep blues to signal trust and security—core themes of the product.
- Typography: Clean sans-serif fonts helped present legal-heavy content in a way that didn’t feel dense.
- Data Slides: Instead of cluttered charts, we simplified everything down to key metrics that instantly told a story.
- Flow: Every slide had one main idea. No dumping of bullet points. We used whitespace to give the content breathing room.
- Custom Icons: To explain complex systems (like blockchain integrations or IP validation), we created icons that matched the tone of the deck—professional but modern.
Results: What the Client Said
Enforceable’s team gave great feedback. Their exact words were: “You nailed it.”
They felt confident presenting to investors. They said the deck helped simplify their value prop and made the fundraising conversations smoother.
One of the founders mentioned that the visual clarity helped them stay on track when explaining the platform in meetings. The deck became not just a presentation—but a script for how they pitched.
A Closer Look at the Impact of This Design
1. Simplified the Complex
NFT copyright law is not an easy topic to grasp, especially for investors who may not be fluent in crypto or IP. This deck turned that complexity into a story that made sense. Even if someone skipped half the slides, they could still walk away understanding the core value.
2. Investor-Ready from Slide One
Most decks fail because they bury the lede. I brought the big numbers up front, then explained how Enforceable fits into the bigger picture. By slide 5, investors already understood the “why now.”
3. Built Around the Audience
This wasn’t built for academics or lawyers. It was built for startup investors and potential partners. That meant using startup-friendly language, focusing on TAM (total addressable market), recurring revenue, and competitive advantage. I stripped out any fluff and avoided legal jargon.
4. Designed for Screenshare and Live Demos
Whether they were pitching on Zoom or in person, the design had to look clean across all devices. No heavy text. No over-designed elements. Just punchy, clear slides that moved quickly.
Why It Belongs in Our Portfolio
This project hits all the marks for what we aim to deliver:
- Clarity in Communication
If you can’t explain it simply, no one buys in. This deck explains a complex service in simple terms. - Visuals That Back Up the Pitch
No over-design. No fluff. Just thoughtful design that supports the message. - Real Results
The deck helped raise confidence—and likely capital—for a fast-moving Web3 startup.
Looking for a PowerPoint Designer Who Can Handle More Than Just Pretty Slides?
We help startups turn their pitch into a story people remember—and back with cash.
Whether you’re raising seed money, Series A, or prepping a product launch, we build pitch decks that work. The Enforceable project is one of many where we took a mountain of raw content and turned it into a clear, high-impact investor story.
If you're working on a presentation that needs to convert, let's talk. You don’t need a slideshow. You need a narrative that lands.
